Frequently Asked Questions
Are your items authentic?
Yes. All items are researched, inspected, and listed honestly based on best available information. If an item is a reproduction, reprint, or modern reissue, it will always be clearly labeled as such in the listing
How do you grade item condition?
We use a clear, standardized grading system for all media and hardware. Each item is individually inspected, and any major flaws or defects are disclosed in both the description and photos.
If you’re unsure about a listing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Do you test consoles and players before selling them?
Yes. All consoles and media players are tested for basic functionality before being listed. Any known issues, limitations, or missing accessories will be clearly stated in the product description.
Do items include original packaging or accessories?
Only if explicitly stated. Listings will clearly indicate whether original boxes, manuals, cables, or accessories are included.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Due to the collectible and vintage nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, non-functional, or significantly not as described.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds on food or drink items?
No. All food and beverage items are final sale for health and safety reasons. Please review ingredient and expiration information carefully before purchasing.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on location, item type, and customs restrictions. Import fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us with any questions if you have any confusion
How long does shipping take?
Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Tracking information is provided on all orders via email
Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes. We occasionally offer curated bundles, themed packs, or limited promotions. Follow us on social media to stay updated.
Can I request specific items or formats?
Absolutely. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’re always open to sourcing requests. Reach out and let us know what you’re looking for.
How often do you restock?
Inventory updates depend on sourcing availability. New items are added regularly, and rare finds may sell quickly. Checking back often is encouraged.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us through our contact page or via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Do you sell Blu-ray discs?
Yes. In addition to VHS and DVDs, we carry Blu-ray titles, including exclusive, limited, out-of-print, and one-of-a-kind releases.
What makes a Blu-ray “one-of-a-kind”?
A Blu-ray may be labeled one-of-a-kind due to:
Limited or discontinued production
Unique packaging or artwork
Region-specific releases
Hard-to-find editions no longer in circulation
Once sold, these items are typically not restocked.
Are your Blu-rays tested before sale?
Blu-ray discs are visually inspected for condition and defects. Playback testing is performed when feasible. Any known playback issues or abnormalities will be disclosed in the listing.
Do Blu-ray listings include digital codes?
Only if explicitly stated. Due to age and prior ownership, digital codes may be expired or already redeemed unless otherwise noted.
Can I return a Blu-ray if it’s rare or exclusive?
Exclusive, limited, or one-of-a-kind Blu-ray items may be marked Final Sale. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
Will you restock sold-out Blu-ray titles?
In most cases, no. Many Blu-ray titles we carry are sourced individually and cannot be replaced once sold.
Do you sell Blu-ray players as well?
Yes. When available, we sell Blu-ray players and combo units. All hardware is tested and condition-graded prior to listing.
