At Retro Relics & Treats, we want you to love your vintage finds. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure that items are in their original condition and packaging. Please see the following policies for specifics on returns

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of collectible and vintage items, we operate with a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged in transit
• The item is significantly not as described
• The item is non-functional upon arrival (for hardware)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video evidence

Non-Returnable Items

• Buyer’s remorse
• Cosmetic wear consistent with disclosed condition
• Items marked Final Sale
• Sealed items that have been opened
• Food and drink items (for safety reasons)

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours
• Return shipping may be required before refund is processed

Food & Beverage Policy (Exotic Treats)

All snacks and drinks sold are:

• Factory sealed
• Prepackaged
• Clearly labeled with expiration dates where applicable

Due to health and safety regulations:

• No returns or refunds on food or beverage items
• Please review ingredient lists carefully if you have allergies

Authenticity Policy

We do our best to verify authenticity on all items. However:

• Some vintage items may not include original certificates
• Items are sold based on best available knowledge and research

If an item is a reproduction or reprint, it will be clearly labeled as such.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are packed with care to prevent damage
• Protective packaging is used for fragile and collectible items
• Tracking information is provided on all orders
